About Us
Incorporated and registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms as International Medicare Limited in 29th March 2000, Registration No.C-39939(1907)/2000. IML has 467.45 decimals of land at Sataish, Gazipur. Also, IML has 78 decimals of land at Shalna. IML is considering the utilization of this land for an industrial project, either solely by IML or through a joint venture with a renowned local or international brand.

Sister Concerns
International Medicare Limited (IML) has 04 (four) sister concerns under the following headings:
International Medical College
International Medical College (IMC) began its journey in 2000 with 21 students in the first session in 1999-2000, and the number of students enrolled now is 130 in the 2021-2022 session.
International Medical College Hospital
International Medical College Hospital (IMCH) started functioning simultaneously with IMC in 2000 with an approval of 150 beds. IMCH has now been granted permission to build 650 beds, approved by DGHS.
International Nursing College (INC)
The International Nursing Unit was established in 2007 under the IMC with 8 students against 20 approved seats in the first session of B.Sc. in Nursing in 2007–2008. International Nursing Unit, IMC was upgraded by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to the International Nursing College (INC) from session 2014-2015.
International Health Technology Unit (IHTU)
IHTU was established in 2013 with government approval to enroll 40 students in the first session of B.Sc. in Laboratory Technology in 2013-2014 session. Government approval was obtained to enroll 50 students in each batch since session 2014-2015. At present 318 students are enrolled.
IMCH Diagnostics & Consulation Center
IMCH Diagnostics & Consultation Centre, has been established in 2023 at 4,700 sq ft rented place in the 3rd floor of Parkway Trade Centre, 4/13, Shalikchura, Tongi, Gazipur City Corporation, Gazipur. It is an OPD Doctor Consultation Centre with full-fledged diagnostic facilities including Clinical Pathology, Clinical Biochemistry, Clinical Microbiology, Histopathology & Cytopathology, Ultrasonography, ECG, Echocardiography and X-ray services.
